The ACS Group of companies has established strategically located Rotor Blade Repair Centers that provide our customers with exceptional service. Whether customers require routine or more complex repair processes, ACS is equipped to engineer solutions approved/accepted by TCCA, FAA and EASA.
ACS will continue our efforts in establishing future Rotor Blade Repair Centers providing worldwide coverage to our customers. ACS is working towards not having to move products around the world but rather establish capabilities around the world.
Established in 1988, ACS Canada is the headquarters for the ACS Group of companies, located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. We currently operate out of a 20,000 sq/ft facility equipped with the latest state-of-the-art specialized rotor blade repair equipment, which ensures that all customer requirements are effectively fulfilled.
ACS Canada is the Engineering center for the ACS Group of companies and is outfitted with the latest Metrology technologies to support effective engineered solution for all technical uncertainties related to rotor blade repair designs.
ACS Canada provides all specialized rotor blade repair equipment to the ACS Group of companies throughout the world and continues to seek out innovative ways to improve the level of services we can provide to our customers.
Established in 2012, ACS Florida, located at the Sanford International Airport is currently operating out of 40,000 sq/ft comprising of 4 hangers. ACS Florida has been positioned to provide our South Eastern customers with the highest level of rotor blade repair support, ensuring that all customer requirements are effectively realized.
ACS Florida has become a world leader in providing global military groups with the needed support across all military helicopter types such as; UH60 Blackhawk/Seahawk, AH64 Apache, AH-1 Cobra/Super Cobra, UH-1 Huey. ACS Florida has launched many different military helicopter support programs and is unlimited in the support they can provide all/any military requirements.
ACS Florida is the ACS Group’s largest facility and has positioned themselves as world leaders in all Military type helicopter support.
ACS acquired Rotor-Tech International California (RTI California) in 2015 which was operating from industrial space in Stockton California. In 2019 RTI was relocated to a new world class facility located at the Stockton Airport and is currently operating out of 20,000 sq/ft. The new RTI facility has been constructed for maximum optimization and efficiency to streamline the whole rotor blade repair process from inspection to refinish and balance.
RTI California was found by Keith Harvey who was the pioneer for the rotor blade repair industry and founder of Composite Technology Inc. group of companies. It was a proud moment when ACS was in a position to acquire a Keith Harvey founded company knowing that we could combine synergies in our quest for world domination.
As of Q2 of 2022, Rotor-Tech Brisbane in Australia is now fully operational! The newly renovated 21,500 sq/ft facility is conveniently located beside the Brisbane International Airport. This facility was upgraded and renovated to follow the ACS Group standard and converted into a state-of-the-art Rotor Blade Repair facility.
Being located in Australia, RTI Brisbane is able to support operators in the Australasian market and beyond with innovative Rotor Blade repair services.
In 2010, Oceania Aviation entered into a business affiliation with Advanced Composite Structures. Oceania Aviation's adopted the knowledge and techniques from ACS that are required for Rotor Blade Repair and Composite Component repair. Oceania's state-of-the-art facility allows for maximum efficiency required to carry out the complex repair processes.
