REPAIR CAPABILITIES

For over 30 years, ACS has been providing Main and Tail Rotor Blade and Composite Component repair services to the aerospace industry.  We have highly trained & skilled personnel, well-organized facilities and specialized processing equipment, thus enabling advancement in the field of aircraft and helicopter repair.

  

Using our extensive in-house experience and knowledge of composites, we are set up to develop unique and sound repair solutions to satisfy our all of our customer needs.


Our long standing relationship with FAA DER firm allows us to streamline approval processes in record times to ensure minimum down time of your aircraft.

 With in-house repair design capability, ACS can develop and execute repairs to any make and model of aircraft and provide enhancements resulting in greater longevity of the composite components.  

Some of the general component categories we have been successfully repairing over the years are radomes, ailerons, elevators, flight controls, engine nacelles, cowlings, fairings, interior and exterior floor and wall panels.

As part of an engine overhaul program, ACS has been repairing Canadian Forces and other Foreign Military Hercules C-130 and P-3 Aurora Propeller Anti-Icing Spinner Assemblies since 1993.

 ​With our in-house repair design capability, ACS can provide enhancements resulting in greater longevity of your Main and Tail Rotor Blades.
