ACS is pleased to announce the appointment of Jim Tully as the General Manager of Rotor-Tech, part of the ACS Group, in Stockton, California.

Jim Tully has been working in the aviation industry for over 35 years. He started in the machining business as a QA inspector for a company that machined jet engine blades and vanes for GE, Rolls-Royce and Pratt & Whitney.
In 1998 Jim moved to Texas to work at Pratt & Whitney as a QA inspector. Then in 2001 his career path shifted into the helicopter industry. Starting this new career path, Jim was employed at TurboMeca, now Safran Helicopter Engine, where he was a QA inspector in the helicopter engine facility.
Using his knowledge and experience from Safran Helicopter Engines, Jim started his 20-year career with Airbus Helicopters. Starting out as a rotor blade repair supervisor he worked his way up to a rotor blade repair manager position. During his employment at Airbus Helicopters, he managed a team of 20 technicians and was responsible for many different aspects of the rotor blade shop, from daily activities to company compliance.
With his extensive managerial experience, Jim will be a great asset in his new role as General Manager of Rotor-Tech.
